Over the last few months I’ve been doing a lot of artist trading cards trades and suddenly it feels like my portrait drawings have definitely improved. These cards are the best I’ve done over the past few weeks. Pleased to have found them nice homes in Canada, Finland, and California.
Thanks to all the new followers and everyone who has given me a “like.” It’s fun to share my drawings on this blog and it’s even better when someone actually sees them!

Artist trading cards are miniature pieces of art that measure 2.5″x3.5″, about the size of a playing card. I trade art with people I’ve met through websites like http://www.atcsforall.com and http://www.illustratedatcs.com, or with other people I know that make these cards. It’s great fun. I’ve acquired a great collection of miniature works over the last 5 years.

You should! On the sites I mentioned are well-moderated and there are ratings for each member to ensure trust. The http://www.atcsforall.com site has members of all abilities and all media. Great people there. Very friendly and helpful. The other site I mentioned http://www.illustratedatcs.com is a juried site. Great art and great people. I do hope you give it a try.
